how to use DKMS to install nvidia driver on Fedora 10 with new kernel?
i’ve tried to install xorg-X11-nvidia-driver and Kmod driver via yum update. But yum also installed on a new Linux kernel for dependency. After that, I restarted x11 and got blackscreen. I tried Google for this bug and someone told me to install a DKMS driver. But how to do that on Fedora 10?
Never worked with DKMS (Dynamic Kernel Module Support) however here is a guide to installing nvidia drivers on Fedora 10 http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mjm-fedora-nvidia.html

What’s the best way to keep my corn snake happy in her tank?
Her name is Extacy, I have no idea how old she is but she a little over 3ft her ‘tank’ is 3’1″x11 [more or less]” she’s has her water bowl, a half pipe-like log, a climbing branch in her amd a heating pad in her tank i don’t have a light but i’m getting one. should i get her a bigger tank… any cheap recommendation? please help i just want her to enjoi her tank! please and thank you…
I use a recycled newspaper substrate for our corns. Its very light and loose. We keep it 4-5″ high because they love to burrow in it.
As for a light, snakes do not need the UVA/UVB, just the heat. You just need to make sure that within the habitat there is somewhere for her to get away from the heat at all times, so she can self-regulate her body temp.
As for cage size…the advice I always hear is a cage big enough for them to fully stretch out. But in nature they hardly ever do this, they’re always curled up, so if the bigger tank’s too expensive right now, don’t stress. Spend a few months, even a year saving up slowly for it!
Hooking up a Turtle Beach via component?
I got a Turtle Beach X11 today and I’m afraid to open it because I fear that it won’t connect right. The packaging says it can be connected to VGA, HDMI, and composite connections. My Xbox 360 is hooked up using a component connection. Does anyone know if there is some way for it to connect, or am I just going to have to return this?
Check if your component cord ALSO has the composite cords with it. That would mean that you have a total of 6 cords, 3 of them would be Red, Green, and Blue, (component), and the other 3 would be Yellow, Red, and White (composite.) If that is what your cord looks like, you are fine, just connect the X11s to the Red and White cords of the second batch.

How to get putty for ubunut?
Please can you link me to, or detail how to use the ubuntu commands to download putty. I require some of its features. I have previously been advised to use
but i need to have x11
and enable ‘MIT-magic-cookie-1′ in putty.
Maybe sudo apt-get install putty ???
But ssh would probably be safer.
If you want access to the full “desktop,” have you thought about a vncserver/client like tightvnc or x11vnc?
